2. How to Cancel an Order

Customers can request cancellation through their AponPonno.com account by:

1. Logging into their account.
2. Going to My Orders.
3. Selecting the relevant order.
4. Choosing Cancel Order, where available.
5. Selecting the cancellation reason.
6. Confirming the cancellation request.

If the cancellation option is no longer available, the order may already be in the processing or shipping stage.

3. Cancellation Before Shipment

If the cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment:

1. The order will be cancelled.
2. The seller will be notified.
3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment will normally be required.
4. For prepaid orders, an eligible refund will be initiated according to our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be available.

If the customer no longer wants the product, they may be required to receive the order and submit a return request if the product is eligible under the Return Policy.

Refusing a delivery does not automatically guarantee a refund.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

A seller may cancel an order when:

1. The product is unavailable.
2. The product is out of stock.
3. The seller cannot fulfill the order.
4. There is an incorrect or obvious pricing error.
5. The product information was incorrectly listed.
6. The seller is unable to deliver the product within the required conditions.
7. Other legitimate circumstances prevent fulfillment.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by the seller, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

6. AponPonno-Initiated Cancellation

AponPonno.com may cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including:

1. Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity.
2. Incorrect product or pricing information.
3. Product availability issues.
4. Seller fulfillment problems.
5. Delivery restrictions or service limitations.
6. Payment verification problems.
7. Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
8. Other operational, security, or legal reasons.

If an eligible prepaid payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, customers are generally not charged until the order is delivered and payment is collected.

If a COD order is cancelled before payment is collected, no refund is required.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD ordering privileges.

8. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment or cancelled by AponPonno.com or the seller for an eligible reason, the applicable refund will normally be initiated through the original payment method where possible.

The time required to receive the refund may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, mobile financial service, or other financial institution.

9. Partial Order Cancellation

If an order contains multiple products, customers may be able to cancel individual items before shipment, depending on the order status and seller.

If only part of an order is cancelled, the applicable amount for the cancelled item or items will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

10. Promotional Orders and Vouchers

If an order placed using a voucher, coupon, discount, free-shipping offer, or promotional campaign is cancelled, the promotion may not be restored or reusable.

Promotional orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

11. Cancellation Due to Delivery Failure

An order may be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts because of circumstances such as:

1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
2. Customer unavailability.
3. Customer refusal to accept the order.
4. Delivery restrictions.
5. Courier or logistics limitations.

12. Cancellation Abuse

AponPonno.com may monitor repeated cancellations, delivery refusals, and other unusual order activity.

Where we reasonably believe an account is abusing the cancellation system, we may restrict COD, suspend certain services, or take other appropriate action in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation determines whether an order can be stopped before fulfillment or delivery.

Refund determines how and when money is returned after an eligible cancellation.
